Project Coordinator – Interior Design / Renovation
Salary
S$2,500 – S$3,000 per month
Additional
project-based commission
will be provided based on project performance.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Regular site visits are required as part of the role.
Working schedule may occasionally vary depending on project/site requirements.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
in interior renovation, construction, or site coordination
Good understanding of
renovation works and site processes
Good
communication and coordination skills
Able to communicate effectively with
interior designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Able and willing to
travel between different project sites
Comfortable working in
active renovation and construction site environments
Responsible, organised, and able to
follow up on site matters independently

Main Responsibility
The Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring renovation projects on site and ensuring that works are properly coordinated, completed according to requirements, and progressing smoothly according to schedule.
Site & Project Coordination
Conduct regular site visits to monitor renovation progress.
Check that site works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
Ensure different trades are properly sequenced and ready before the next work begins.
Monitor project schedules and highlight potential delays early.
Follow up on outstanding works and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Site Inspection & Quality Control
Inspect workmanship and identify defects, incomplete works or incorrect installations.
Check completed work before allowing the next trade/work stage to proceed.
Take site photos and maintain proper progress records.
Prepare and follow up on defect/touch-up lists.
Ensure rectification works are completed properly instead of repeatedly carrying forward unresolved issues.
Escalate major workmanship or site issues to management promptly.
Contractor / Subcontractor Management
Coordinate site attendance and work schedules with subcontractors.
Brief subcontractors clearly on site requirements and expected works.
Check that subcontractors complete the assigned scope before leaving the site.
Follow up when work is incomplete, delayed or does not meet requirements.
Coordinate access, deliveries, measurements and installation arrangements.
Designer & Internal Coordination
Check that required drawings, specifications, material selections and approvals are available before work starts.
Clarify missing or conflicting information with the designer before instructing contractors.
Coordinate with carpentry and other internal teams on measurement, production, delivery and installation.
Flag any designer-side delay that may affect the project timeline rather than allowing the issue to surface at the last minute.
Site Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site updates and progress reports.
Update project status, completed works, pending works and upcoming works.
Submit site reports with supporting photos.
Maintain records of defects, rectification works and important site issues.
Ensure site schedules/calendars are updated accurately.
Keep proper records of instructions and changes made during the project.
