Job Responsibilities

• Handle and manage conveyancing files from the opening of file to completion.
• Assist the lawyer in preparing documents relating to SPA, loan documentation, transfers, charges, discharges and other conveyancing matters.
• Conduct and follow up on land searches, title searches, registration of documents and land office matters.
• Follow up on stamp duty, adjudication, registration, charge and discharge matters.
• Ensure that all files and documents are properly maintained and updated.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in conveyancing work.
• Good knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with dealings with land offices, banks and developers.
• Able to handle files independently.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Careful, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
