About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales to promote and sell ERP and HRMS software solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B software sales, solution selling, and business development, with the ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting product presentations, and driving sales growth through effective consultation and solution-based selling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP and HRMS solutions
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with potential clients
• Understand client business processes and recommend suitable software solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations
• Follow up with prospects and manage sales pipeline activities
• Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful client onboarding
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reporting

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Business, IT, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in IT software sales, ERP, HRMS, SaaS, or business solutions sales is preferred
• Strong understanding of business management systems and digital solutions
• Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong sales drive and ability to achieve targets
• Ability to engage with business owners, HR teams, and management-level stakeholders
• Experience selling solutions such as ERP Systems, HRMS / HR Software, Payroll Systems, Accounting Software, Business Management Platforms
• Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, finance, or business operations is an advantage
• Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
