Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Building
Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Working Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 8am – 6pm, Sat: 8am – 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Track changes in design and construction works and update budget projections accordingly.
Estimate and forecast the cost of materials required for the project.
Handle procurement activities, including preparing tender documents, requesting quotations for subcontract packages, evaluating costs, and recommending suitable awards.
Certify and evaluate completed work progress, including managing variations and changes for subcontract and main contracts.
Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims in a timely manner.
Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry.
