Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Adobe Campaign Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise marketing automation solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).


The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Adobe Campaign architecture, solution design, campaign workflows, data modelling, integrations, personalization, SQL, JavaScript, and enterprise marketing technology. The role will work closely with marketing, technology, CRM, data, and application teams to deliver scalable and reliable cross-channel marketing solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Design scalable marketing automation solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Define end-to-end campaign architecture, including data flows, workflows, schemas, integrations, and delivery processes.
  • Design and support cross-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
  • Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Define technical architecture and integration patterns for enterprise marketing platforms.

Adobe Campaign Implementation & Development

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Adobe Campaign Classic solutions.
  • Design, build, and optimize campaign workflows, schemas, delivery templates, targeting, and personalization.
  • Develop custom JavaScript and SQL logic for complex campaign requirements.
  • Configure and optimize campaign deliveries and recurring marketing processes.
  • Provide technical guidance to Adobe Campaign developers and campaign managers.
  • Perform solution reviews and ensure adherence to Adobe Campaign best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in Marketing Technology / Marketing Automation / Digital Marketing Technology.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).

Strong expertise in:

Adobe Campaign Classic architecture

Campaign workflows

Data schemas

Customer data modelling

Delivery management

Personalization

Campaign optimization

Strong hands-on experience with:

SQL

JavaScript

REST/SOAP APIs

Web services and integrations

Experience with CRM, CDP, data warehouse, and third-party platform integrations.
