Our established client in the private healthcare sector is looking to hire an experienced HR Executive for a fixed 6-months contract (Maternity Cover).
Handling recruitment for nursing and ancillary portfolio
Private healthcare sector located within Central region
6 months fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover)
Responsibilities:
Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, work pass management, performance evaluation, re-employment and offboarding.
Partner with Business Unit Leads and Heads of Department (HODs) on employee lifecycle management and HR matters.
Support the annual performance management process, including providing guidance on performance-related matters and improvement plans.
Manage annual manpower budgeting and workforce planning based on business needs.
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints and workplace conflicts, with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate and timely employee records, profiles and benefits information in HR systems.
Safeguard confidential employee information and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support monthly Corporate Orientation and general office administration, including stationery and related office requirements.
Ensure HR policies, processes and practices remain compliant with applicable employment legislation.
Participate in HR projects and other assignments as required.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Able to commit to 6-month employment duration.
