Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for RF/signal monitoring, spectrum analysis, and direction-finding solutions.
• Act as a technical specialist across opportunities involving signal intelligence, electronic intelligence, drone detection, GNSS resilience, and AI/ML-based waveform classification.
• Work closely with regional and global sales teams to identify customer opportunities, understand technical requirements, develop suitable solutions, and support the sales process through to closure.
• Engage with customers and key stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
• Support the development of new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with strategic and large accounts.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and internal teams to deliver customer presentations, demonstrations and solution proposals.
• Travel regionally and internationally to support customer engagements, business development activities and project requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, RF Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:Spectrum monitoring / spectrum managementDirection findingElectronic warfarePublic safety / mission-critical communicationsGNSSSatellite communications
• Strong application knowledge in one or more of: RF / Microwave technologiesSpectrum analysisRF signal generationSignal monitoringSoftware-defined radio (SDR)Radar
• Experience working with strategic customers and large accounts, ideally in a technical consulting, applications, solutions or business development capacity.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with the ability to understand complex technical requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Willingness to travel 30%+, including regional and international customer engagements.

Preferred Experience

• Broad understanding of the end-to-end communications and spectrum management ecosystem, from the physical/RF layer through to demodulation and protocol layers.
• Experience with wireless and communications technologies such as 4G/LTE, 5G NR, Wi-Fi, public safety radio, satellite communications and GNSS.
• Knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, routing, software-defined networking (SDN), VPN and cellular-based WAN technologies.
• Exposure to AI/ML applications in signal or waveform classification would be advantageous.
