Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, objectives and requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops and discussions.
• Analyse and document As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases and process flows.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, assumptions and business impacts.
• Work closely with technical and development teams to clarify requirements.
• Review proposed solutions from a business and functional perspective.
• Support development teams during implementation.
• Prepare acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and execution.
• Work with stakeholders to validate UAT results and resolve requirement-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-4 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking, financial services or investment banking.
• Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases and process maps.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
