Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development and organizational structure optimization, including job architecture, role definition, team collaboration, and workflow design.
• Drive employee development and talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, capability development, training, performance development, and talent pipeline building.
• Partner closely with business and management teams to identify organizational and talent needs and drive development plans for key talent and critical roles.
• Participate in Financial Risk Management, covering financial and operational risk identification, monitoring, early warning, and risk incident management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to optimize business processes and risk control mechanisms.
• Support emergency response, post-incident reviews, and remediation for major risk events, continuously improving risk management and internal control frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, HRBP, Risk Management, Financial Operations, or related fields.
• Strong combined capabilities in organizational development, talent development, and Financial Risk Management.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, quantitative trading, or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial risk awareness with a solid understanding of risk identification, monitoring, and incident response processes.
• Willingness to participate in weekend and public holiday Standby arrangements as required, with timely response to major risks and business incidents.
