We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tour Operations & Planning Executive to lead the planning and execution of specialized and bespoke tours. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tour operations, itinerary planning, supplier coordination, and the ability to create unique travel experiences based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate customized, specialized, and bespoke tour itineraries based on client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end tour operations, including transportation, accommodation, activities, guides, and other travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, local partners, and other vendors.
• Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct research on destinations, activities, and travel experiences to develop unique tour packages.
• Manage tour schedules, budgets, bookings, and operational documentation.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver quality travel experiences.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in tour planning, travel operations, or destination management.
• Strong knowledge of tour operations, itinerary planning, and travel arrangements.
• Experience handling customized, private, or bespoke tours is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tour arrangements simultaneously.
• Willing to travel or be on-site when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
