Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Manufacturing / Logistics)

Salary: MYR 6,000 - MYR 7,000 per month

Location: Johor Bahru

Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week

About the Role

Quadrant Technology Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory turnover, and manage team performance. In this role, you will ensure high inventory accuracy and on-time shipping to provide efficient logistics support for our manufacturing and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

• Task Delegation: Allocate daily inbound and outbound operational tasks to team members (including picking, put-away, cycle counting, loading, and unloading).
• Process Oversight: Monitor team compliance with operational standards, proper cargo stacking heights, labeling protocols, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory control.
• Problem Solving: Resolve on-the-ground operational issues promptly (such as space constraints, system glitches, or documentation discrepancies) and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• System Execution: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately input data and ensure real-time updates for inbound, outbound, and transfer orders.
• Inventory Accuracy: Conduct daily spot-checks on inventory data versus physical stock (minimum 10% daily sampling) and assist with regular physical stock counts to maintain an inventory accuracy rate of $\ge 99.9\%$.

2. Equipment, 5S, Safety & Compliance

• Equipment Safety: Supervise and guide team members on the safe and proper operation of material handling equipment (such as forklifts, hand pallet jacks, and RF scanners).
• 5S Maintenance: Maintain strict 5S standards in assigned work areas (ensuring clear pathways, clean racking systems, and organized tools).
• Maintenance & Repair: Monitor warehouse equipment condition, report any faults (such as forklift issues or rack deformations) immediately, and track repair logs.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, and logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Proficient in WMS software, inventory auditing, and warehouse equipment operation.
• Work Arrangement: Able to commit to a 5.5-day work schedule.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
