Full Time HR CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in SHVT BUILDING SOLUTION SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR cum Admin to support our daily human resources and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
• Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements and onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare and maintain attendance, leave and medical records.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation and salary-related matters.
• Handle employee documentation and HR-related correspondence.
• Assist with statutory matters such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Coordinate employee medical check-ups, work permits and related documentation.
• Manage office supplies, documents and general administrative tasks.
• Assist management with other HR and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour practices and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
