Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for drone and digital inspection services
• Expand presence in energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, and industrial sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and promote service offerings
• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to project award
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions and support proposals/tenders
• Track opportunities and ensure alignment with client requirements
• Support revenue growth by converting opportunities into secured projects
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining key account visibility
• Develop strategic partnerships and represent the company at industry events
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities
• Provide market insights and support new service/solution development

Key Deliverables

• Development of a qualified and sustainable sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in engineering, technical or business fields
• Hold a valid RCOC-B from CAAM is an added advantages
• Experience in sales or business development (preferably in energy, oil & gas, or inspection services)
• Experience with drone services is a plus
• Knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Smart-GEP) is preferred
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Must have experience in oil and gas industry
