Job Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial banking clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new relationships.
• Understand clients' financing, trade, cash management, and banking requirements.
• Structure and recommend suitable banking solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct credit assessments and prepare credit proposals.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure asset quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client service.
• Build strong networks within the business community and identify market opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, SME Banking, or Relationship Management.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of credit analysis and financial statements.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and grow existing portfolios.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven with a customer-centric mindset.
