Order Management & Fulfilment
Coordinate the end-to-end processing of sales orders across multiple sales divisions.
Ensure sales orders are accurately processed and fulfilled according to agreed requirements and timelines.
Monitor order status, pending orders and backlogs, proactively following up on outstanding matters.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve order fulfilment issues.
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales orders and fulfilment activities.
Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
Coordinate local purchases required for sales-related orders.
Obtain and compare supplier quotations and pricing.
Negotiate pricing and purchasing terms with suppliers where required.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of sales-related purchases.
Monitor local indent funds and related transactions.
Documentation & Transaction Processing
Process COO applications and maintain relevant documentation.
Process cash sales orders and coordinate with Finance on supplier payments.
Prepare cash vouchers and CIPL documentation.
Coordinate goods return processing and ensure proper follow-up.
Perform other sales and supply chain-related transactional activities as required.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain professional and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Escalate and follow up on issues that may impact customer fulfilment or delivery timelines.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
