Full Time Member Relations Officer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in British Club, The Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in building strong member relationships, recognising members, and encouraging participation in the Club's programmes and events.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Reception counter in accordance with the Club's SOPs and service standards.

• Attend to members' enquiries and provide accurate information in a professional and timely manner.

• Handle members' feedback and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution.

• Assist members with dining reservations, event bookings and general Club enquiries.

• Perform administrative duties, including maintaining and updating members' records, and processing absent membership and reinstatement applications.

• Coordinate monthly Members' Connect Night.

• Build rapport with members and promote the Club's programmes, activities and events to encourage participation.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a front office, reception, customer service or hospitality environment.

• Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality and a meticulous approach to work.

• Experience interacting with expatriates or members in a club or hospitality environment will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
