Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first level support for application-related issues.
• Respond to technical issues and queries promptly and efficiently, being a liaison officer between vendor and end-user.
• Collaborate with IT support team to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Lead and participate in application-related projects including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure that all support activities are logged and tracked appropriately.
• Ensure application are running smoothly and efficiency across the organization.
• Develop and deliver training program for end-users on new applications and updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Hons.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Relevant certifications in IT support or healthcare IT are an added advantage.
• Proven experience in IT support, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Demonstrated experience in leading IT teams for both support and software development functions.
• Strong skills in basic IT troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work non-standard hours, including after-hours support when necessary.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
