Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head Chef & Sous Chef in all kitchen operations.
• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and specifications.
• Ensuring food quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passion for food and a strong work ethic.
