To strengthen the Business & Operational Excellence team, we are looking for a motivated and analytically minded (Junior) Program Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will support company-wide transformation initiatives, contribute to cross-functional projects, and gain valuable experience at the interface between strategy and operational execution.

Your tasks:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic transformation and optimization projects across locations, functions, and business units.
• Assist in maintaining PMO structures, governance processes, and KPI-based reporting.
• Contribute to translating strategic objectives into project plans, workstreams, and actionable measures.
• Track project progress, milestones, and improvement initiatives while supporting reporting activities.
• Prepare presentations, workshops, project documentation, and management reports.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support communication between stakeholders.
• Help develop and continuously improve project management methods, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture across the organization.

Your profile:

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• First professional experience (approximately 1–3 years) in project management, program management, PMO, operational excellence, consulting, or a related area; internships or graduate programs are also valued.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Interest in transformation projects and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Very good English skills

For this position, a collective agreement minimum salary applies. Depending on qualifications and experience, a market-compliant salary with significant overpayment is offered.
