Key responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, operation, and management of large automated equipment

• Maintenance of production equipment, shift operation management, and spare parts management

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of equipment control systems

• AutoCAD drafting, PLC programming, servo adjustment, and pneumatic control

• Equipment standardization, setup, and staff training (preparing work instructions)

• Ensure scheduled equipment maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize downtime

• Develop an efficient and cost-effective maintenance program for manufacturing equipment

• Initiate continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment productivity and reduce maintenance costs

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering

• More than 5 years of working experience in factory equipment maintenance and management

• Excellent understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems

• Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and servo motor control

• Good understanding of reading and creating mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams (CAD)
