About the Role

We're looking for a video editor with a sharp eye for pacing, trends, and storytelling — someone who can take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging short-form videos (mostly under 1 minute) that actually perform on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a freelance/contract, fully remote role. You'll work from content briefs and raw footage, with a consistent pipeline of videos across multiple clients.

What You'll Do

• Edit raw footage into polished short-form videos following provided briefs, content pillars, and creative direction
• Add title animations, subtitles, and thumbnails where required
• Incorporate 2–3 rounds of revisions per video based on feedback
• Deliver within agreed turnaround times (typically 1–2 weeks per batch)
• Work across multiple client accounts and adapt style/tone per brand
• Collaborate with the wider team via WhatsApp and our task management system

What We're Looking For

• Strong grasp of pacing, trends, and what makes short-form content perform on social media
• Proficient in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar)
• Comfortable working independently from a brief with minimal hand-holding
• Reliable, meets deadlines, communicates proactively if a timeline slips
• Open to feedback and quick with revisions
• A portfolio/reel that shows range and strong editing instincts

Nice to Have

• Experience editing for specific niches (real estate, crypto/AI, healthcare/aesthetics)
• Motion graphics or title animation skills beyond the basics
• Experience juggling multiple clients/projects at once
