Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and other account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Assist with filing, documentation, and maintaining proper records of financial transactions.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties regarding accounting-related matters when required.
• Assist the Accounts/Finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
• Ensure accounting records and documents are properly organized and maintained.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
