Job Summary

Landas Aerotech Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead and manage our maintenance workshop operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently and in compliance with applicable aviation requirements, approved company procedures, maintenance standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance workshop.
• Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with approved Company procedures, MOE, Workshop SOPs and applicable technical requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance activities, manpower and resources.
• Ensure adequate provision, utilisation and maintenance of tools, equipment and facilities.
• Forecast and recommend manpower, spare parts, tools and equipment requirements.
• Manage, develop and monitor the competency and training requirements of maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable aviation, quality and safety requirements.
• Support internal, external, customer and regulatory audits.
• Manage non-conformities, discrepancies, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
• Support the implementation of the Safety Management System within the department.
• Promote a strong safety culture and human factors awareness.
• Investigate customer complaints and maintenance-related issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure workshop activities comply with approved requirements and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant experience in aircraft, aircraft component or aviation maintenance operations.
• Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of aviation maintenance procedures, technical documentation and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning and people management skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
