Arki Finance is a Singapore-based wealth management platform making high-quality, personalised investment solutions accessible to affluent and mass-affluent investors. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're building a disciplined, scalable customer acquisition engine for the Singapore market.

The Role

We're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and growth experimentation for our Singapore market. This is a performance and growth mandate — not a brand, social media or content role.

You'll turn marketing spend into measurable business outcomes, from impressions and clicks through to account opening, funding, AUM and lifetime value. You're equally comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, analysing a conversion funnel, briefing creative tests, and discussing acquisition economics with senior management.

What you'll do

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google Search/Display/Performance Max, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and retargeting — from planning through optimisation
• Own the full funnel: Impression → Click → Lead → Sign-up → KYC → Account Opened → Funded Client → Repeat Funding → AUM
• Manage CAC, cost per funded client, LTV:CAC and payback period, with cohort-level analysis by funded AUM
• Run a structured growth experimentation programme across audiences, messaging, creative, landing pages and channel mix
• Brief and test performance-driven creative, and manage creative fatigue and refresh cycles
• Partner with Product and Technology on landing page and conversion optimisation
• Build dashboards and attribution frameworks, and deliver weekly reporting that explains not just what happened, but why — and what's next
• Build insight into Singapore's mass-affluent and affluent investor segments to sharpen targeting and messaging

What we're looking for

• Approximately 4–7 years in performance marketing, growth marketing or digital acquisition, with hands-on experience managing meaningful ad budgets
• Deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong grasp of digital acquisition funnels, attribution, conversion tracking and A/B testing
• A track record of improving CAC or other acquisition economics
• Strong numerical and analytical skills — comfortable turning data into clear commercial recommendations
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, wealth management, investment platforms, brokerages, digital banking, insurance or other financial services (or e-commerce / subscription businesses)
• Experience marketing into the Singapore consumer market
• Background in a performance marketing agency before moving in-house
• Familiarity with SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude or HubSpot
