About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support and help keep things running smoothly. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys staying organised, working with people and getting things done.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, take on different tasks and play an important part in keeping daily operations on track.

In this role, you will:

• Handle administrative matters and tasks assigned from time to time
• Arrange calls, meetings and appointments
• Coordinate with clients and other parties
• Assist with day-to-day office matters
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Law-related qualification is preferred
• Prior experience in a law firm is an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
