We are looking for a Marketing Strategy Executive who genuinely enjoys connecting the dots between what customers want and how a business grows.

Your Day-to-day

• Setting the Direction: Designing clear, practical sales and marketing plans that help us hit our long-term goals.
• Finding New Angles: Looking at market trends and competitor moves to spot business opportunities and missing markets.
• Aligning the Teams: Getting sales and marketing on the same page so our campaigns actually make it easier for the sales team to close deals.
• Reviewing the Numbers: Keeping an eye on campaign data to see what’s working, what’s not, and where we should pivot.
• Sharpening the Message: Making sure our brand voice is clear, sharp, and cuts through the noise.

We are looking for…

• Relevant Experience: Spent a couple of years in marketing, growth, or business strategy. You've actually launched campaigns or built plans that brought in revenue, not just likes.
• Good with Data: You know how to read a spreadsheet or an analytics dashboard without getting overwhelmed. More importantly, you can tell us what the numbers actually mean for our business.
• Self-Starter: We don’t believe in micromanagement. We need someone who can take a goal, figure out the steps to get there, and run with it independently.
• Clear Communicator: You can explain a strategy to the team simply, without hiding behind big buzzwords or marketing jargon.
