Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Site Supervisor (Lift Project) di EM Services Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Monitor site activities and progress of works according to schedule.
• Receive and account for materials and equipment.
• Plan and schedule delivery of materials and testing, and coordinate with sub-contractors to receive and account for the materials.
• Assess site progress and work together with Project Manager and Engineer on the plan, including schedule, storage, materials and manpower.
• Liaise with sub-contractors on safety, site QA/QC and logistic matters.
• Monitor and control work progress of sub-contractors and report to Project Manager.
• Ensure sub-contractors fill-up and submit forms.
• Attend to residents / client feedbacks.
• Check and ensure housekeeping are in place at job sites.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and photos.
• Coordinate with in-house teams / sub-contractors for handover joint inspections for lifts turn-on.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
  
  

Job Requirements:

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in lift project installation, site supervision, or infrastructure-related projects.

• Outcome-oriented and take ownership of assigned duties.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
