WE’RE HIRING | IT OFFICER

Bertam Resort, Penang is looking for an IT Officer to join our team.

Important: Applicants must have existing legal authorization to work in Malaysia. Please note that work permit/visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Experience: 1–2 years in IT Support

Location: Bertam Resort, Penang

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support to users and resort departments

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

• Maintain computers, printers, network equipment and IT systems

• Support PMS, POS and other hotel operational systems

• Monitor IT infrastructure, backups and system security

• Liaise with IT vendors and service providers

• Maintain IT equipment records and inventory

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field

• 1–2 years of relevant IT Support experience

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills

• Hospitality/hotel IT experience is an advantage

• Able to work independently and support resort operations when required
