Nine years after founding we have validated our product, need and business by delivering the world’s best and mostly widely used all-in-one online Team-Based Learning platform. We continue to grow rapidly and are now working to scale our impact.
We are looking for a Finance and Operations Analyst, Intern who will be based at our global headquarters in Singapore for
at least six months
to assist our Founder and work with the Director of Administrations and IF-AT on all aspects of the business.
Interested applicants can apply during either of the 2 annual recruitment cycles:
March to April, for internship starting in June.
September to October, for internship starting in January.
We are now sourcing candidates to start in January 2027.
What You Will Be Doing
Part management consulting and part investment banking analyst role combined in a startup without the long hours and high stress. Work directly with our senior executives, including our founder (former management consultant, investment banker and CFO), to assist in managing the various business aspects of CognaLearn; a wonderful way to get a broad startup experience. Areas include:
1. Capital raising: Investor due diligence, meetings and pitch decks
2. Investor relations: Monthly investor updates and metrics tracking
3. Financial modeling: Update financial models and metrics
4. Business operations: Automate business and e-commerce processes
What You Should Have
1. Organization: Attention to detail across multiple items.
2. Efficiency: Process creation and improvement.
3. Versatility: Switch between different things and adapt to new things.
4. Results: Success and outcome orientation.
5. Communication: Effective written and oral communicator.
Good To Have:
Knowledge with Power Automate
Basic coding knowledge to support with operational projects
Priority will be given to students from Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) in Singapore. We will not be applying visa or permit for the applicants.
