As a Servicedesk Analyst, you will play an essential role in resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

What You'll Do:
️ Provide first-level technical support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Respond promptly to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
Document incidents and solutions accurately
Escalate complex problems to relevant teams
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or servicedesk roles
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with Windows OS and common office applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
