Responsibilities:

Provide expert support for Treasury Credit Risk application systems, including vendor and internally developed solutions.

Manage infrastructure upgrades and patching for both UAT and Production environments.

Offer Level 1and Level 2 support for all production-related issues pertaining to the applications.

Collaborate closely with the development team to implement application enhancements and improvements.

Communicate effectively with business users to understand their needs and provide tailored support.

Ensure thorough documentation, tracking, and resolution of issues, providing functional and technical support as required.

Support operational implementation in production environments to ensure seamless application performance.
