We’re Hiring: Growth Marketing Lead

We’re looking for someone who loves figuring out how to grow — and turning ideas into action.

At Core Proptech, you’ll take ownership of our Acquisition & Activation efforts — from attracting the right users and improving conversion, to testing new ideas and finding better ways to grow.

This is a role for someone who can think strategically and stay hands-on, especially at this stage of the company.

You won’t just follow a marketing calendar. You’ll look at the numbers, identify what’s working (and what isn’t), come up with ideas, test them, execute, and continuously improve.

What You’ll Do

• Own and improve our Acquisition & Activation efforts

• Analyse growth performance and identify opportunities and gaps

• Develop and test campaigns, channels and growth experiments

• Manage and optimise paid acquisition / Meta Ads

• Plan and execute social media and content initiatives

• Create marketing graphics and ad creatives

• Shoot and edit short-form videos / Reels

• Track performance and turn data into actionable improvements

• Explore new ways to acquire and activate the right users

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related role

• Good understanding of acquisition, activation and conversion

• Experience managing and optimising paid campaigns

• Comfortable using data to understand performance and make decisions

• Able to plan and execute social media and content

• Hands-on ability to create graphics and short-form video content

• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently

• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

• Strong sense of ownership and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup

• Property / real estate industry knowledge is a plus

• A growth-hacker mindset — curious, experimental and always looking for smarter ways to grow. When something isn’t working, your instinct is: “Why isn’t this working — and what should we try next?”
