Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various project teams, including Site/Operations, E&M, Architectural and other relevant teams, to prepare Concrete Body Plans, shop drawings, sketches and other technical drawings required for site construction.

• Provide technical and drawing support to the site team to facilitate smooth construction activities.

• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, primarily C&S consultants, as well as Architectural, E&M and other relevant consultants on design and technical matters.

• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings upon completion of construction works.

• Track, monitor and follow up on design-related matters, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.

• Assist in coordinating and resolving drawing, design and technical issues arising during construction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or ITE qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proficient in AutoCAD (required).

• Knowledge of Revit is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil/building construction or a related field is preferred.

• Candidates with ITE qualification in Civil Engineering will be considered for the Assistant Engineer position.

• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and internal project teams.
