We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Singapore.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying new business opportunities, and turning digital conversations into meaningful commercial relationships. You will play a key role in building our sales pipeline through targeted outreach, social selling, and strategic prospect engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential prospects that align with our ideal customer profile
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels
• Create personalised, compelling messages that generate conversations and qualified opportunities
• Build, manage, and consistently develop a healthy sales pipeline
• Qualify prospects and identify genuine business opportunities
• Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information within CRM systems
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies
• Track key outreach metrics and use performance data to continuously improve results
• Stay informed on industry trends, target markets, and emerging opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales development, or social selling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong copywriting ability with a natural understanding of how to engage professional audiences
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and digital prospecting
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards measurable targets
• Commercially curious with a genuine interest in building business relationships
• Based in Singapore and legally authorised to work in Singapore

Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• SaaS, technology, or B2B services
• HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
• Sales automation and prospecting tools
• Digital marketing and sales funnels
• Marketing automation
• Account-based marketing or social selling
