Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day design output across marketing campaigns, social media, websites, print materials, corporate communications, events, exhibitions, roadshows, and partner collaborations.
- Develop creative concepts and translate briefs, business requirements, and communication objectives into effective visual designs.
- Produce digital and print materials including social media content, posters, brochures, corporate materials, product illustrations, logos, website graphics, and other marketing collateral.
- Design product and packaging materials, including labels, inserts, accessory packaging, and deadlines, and coordinate with production vendors through to final delivery.
- Create and edit video content, motion graphics, and photography for marketing, corporate communications, events, social media, product shoots, and other company activities, including photo editing and retouching.
- Ensure all designs comply with the company's brand identity, guidelines, and visual standards across the Group and associate companies.
- Work closely with internal departments to understand design requirements, clarify objectives, and accurately represent products, services, and corporate messages.
- Prepare design drafts, incorporate feedback, and make revisions through to final approval.
- Prepare final artwork for production, including file setup, bleeds, colour profiles, specifications, and quality checks before printing or publishing.
- Coordinate artwork approvals and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely production.
- Support ad-hoc creative assignments, special projects, and other related tasks assigned by the Superior.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Advertising, Media, Branding, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Multimedia, or equivalent.
- At least 3 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant creative software.
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, photography, and photo retouching.
- Ability to manage projects from concept development through to print-ready or digital-ready artwork.
- Good understanding of print production requirements, including bleeds, colour profiles, specifications, and material finishes.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Able to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
