Project / Tender Support:
Prepare and assist senior engineers in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation during project or tender phase, demonstrating understanding of project management methodologies.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors as needed.
Support site inspections and quality control checks.
Technical Assistance:
Understand client’s requirement and prepare engineering calculations and drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.
Prepare and assist in the selection and specification of equipment and materials.
Research and analyze technical data.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project compliance.
Prepare and implement method of statement and processes for quality assurance.
Coordinate and carry out testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems are operational and meet performance requirements.
Prepare operational and maintenance manuals and as-built drawing for project handover.
Learning and Development:
Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop technical skills.
Participate in training programs and workshops.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
0 to 1 years of relevant experience as Mechanical Engineer in Construction industry
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCad and MS Office
Skill in AutoCad Revit is an advantage
Proficient in both written and verbal English communication
Organized, responsible, good team player and initiative with positive work attitude
Willing to learn and coordinate between different trades
Able to work under pressure, meet deadline and do overtime if necessary

We specialise in architectural, mechanical, electrical and process ("MEP") works within controlled environments, and provide integrated services through our two main business segments: (1) engineering, procurement and construction and (2) maintenance.
Our customers comprise mainly hospitals and medical centres, government agencies, research and development ("R&D") companies and agencies, R&D units of multinational corporations, tertiary educational institutions, pharmeceautical companies, semiconductor manufacturing companies, and multinational engineering companies.
