You're the First Person Guests Meet

We're looking for a Guest Experience Receptionist who can create a great first impression while keeping reservations, enquiries and front-desk operations organised.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in reception, customer service or front desk is an advantage
• Friendly with strong communication skills
• Professional & well-groomed
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills
• Booking / POS system knowledge is an advantage
• Responsible, proactive & team-oriented
• Able to handle guest concerns professionally
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends & public holidays

Your Day at the Front Desk

• Welcome guests & manage walk-ins
• Handle reservations and room allocations
• Reply to calls, WhatsApp & online enquiries
• Explain promotions, prices & availability
• Manage check-in and check-out
• Process billing & payments
• Update bookings and occupancy records
• Coordinate room readiness with internal teams
• Handle guest requests and feedback
• Support event & group reservations
• Keep the reception area presentable and organised
