Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, inventory, transportation, and distribution operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service levels, delivery timelines, and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and warehouse performance.
• Ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
• Analyze logistics and warehouse processes to identify cost-saving and operational improvement opportunities.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate logistics and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and transportation processes.
• Experience in managing 3PL providers and monitoring operational KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,400.00 per month
