Okonomiyaki Shop looking for full time kitchen staff cum teppan assistant for their restaurant at Bukit Timah.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Assisting kitchen with chopping ingredients/meat

- Preparation for operations

- Helping with deep frying

- Plating & garnishing of orders

- Cooking okonomiyaki and meats for customers at the teppan table

- Ensuring food cleanliness/hygiene at all times

- Cleaning up of station and teppan at the end of the day

Job requirements:

- Preferably 1 year experience in the kitchen / food prep.

- Good sense of hygiene because of open concept kitchen.

- Be able to understand and communicate simple English.
