Kerja INTERNSHIP FOR LOGISTIC, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,000 di TASCO Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Intern to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience in the end-to-end logistics process, from inventory management to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Intern, you will support the team with the following tasks:

1. Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stock audits.
• Support the warehouse team in organizing goods and maintaining accurate records.
• Help identify slow-moving stock and assist in inventory reconciliation.

2. Shipment Coordination

• Assist in preparing shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track shipments and update internal systems with real-time status.
• Coordinate with couriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

3. Data Entry & Analysis

• Input logistics data into company software (ERP/WMS) and maintain accurate databases.
• Assist in generating reports on shipping costs, delivery timelines, and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement.

4. Vendor & Customer Communication

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Support the customer service team by providing delivery updates to clients.

5. General Administrative Support

• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing logistics documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus).
• Able to work at Port Klang

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
