The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. Job Description:

Note: This is a general job post to apply for fresh graduate role openings in Shopee MY's Corporate IT team. You may indicate the specific role(s) that you're interested to explore in your resume or during subsequent interviews.

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure the smooth operation of end-user devices, systems, and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues in a timely manner.
  • Support software license administration, user account provisioning, and IT asset management activities.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), inventory records, and knowledge articles.
  • Monitor IT systems, infrastructure, and security tools to ensure optimal performance and compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and deliver effective IT solutions.
  • Assist in IT process improvement initiatives, reporting, and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with external vendors for hardware, software, and IT-related services when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with availability to start work full-time in 2026.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, system administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), networking fundamentals, and enterprise software applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira, or other IT service management (ITSM) and asset management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve.
