Contract: 7 months

Location: Boon Lay

Working Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM

Salary: up to $4,000/month

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.

Prepare and amend quotations based on customer and salesperson requirements.

Process sales orders and provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Monitor order readiness and follow up with factories and suppliers on delivery schedules.

Maintain stock records and raise Material Requisitions when required.

Prepare proforma invoices and Delivery Orders (DO).

Follow up with customers on outstanding payments before releasing goods.

Process Delivery Orders based on Commercial Invoices and submit documents to Finance for billing.

Coordinate with warehouse and service teams on customer deliveries, installations and collections.

Keep customers updated on order status and delivery schedules.

Requirements

GCE O-Level or Diploma and above preferred.

Experience in sales support, sales coordination or administration is an advantage.

Proactive, organized and customer-oriented.

Good administrative and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Good computer and data-entry skills.

Quick learner with the ability to work independently.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
