Job Description
- Lead the development of creative and innovative marketing campaigns that strengthen brand engagement, drive customer acquisition and support business growth
- Develop campaign concepts and creative ideas based on business objectives, customer insights, market trends and cultural moments
- Own marketing campaigns end-to-end, from ideation and campaign strategy through to creative development, launch and post-campaign review
- Work closely with internal cross functional teams including Business, Product and Business Intelligence, as well as external creative and media partners, to bring campaign ideas to life
- Provide clear creative direction and campaign briefs, ensuring strong and consistent execution across relevant customer touchpoints and channels
- Identify new marketing ideas, formats and partnerships that can help the brand stand out and engage customers in fresh and differentiated ways
- Track campaign performance and customer response, translating insights into recommendations for future campaigns
- Guide and work alongside junior team members supporting campaign coordination, BAU marketing activities and execution
- Assist with any other ad hoc marketing initiatives to support brand and business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with experience in a creative, integrated marketing or advertising agency
- Strong experience developing and driving creative marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Proven ability to generate fresh campaign ideas and translate business objectives into compelling customer-facing marketing concepts
- Experience working with consumer-facing brands; exposure to financial services, FinTech, e-commerce or digital businesses is a plus
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, marketing trends and different online and offline marketing channels
