The Mission

• Shoot & edit 8–12 short-form videos/month (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Turn brand stories, TCM knowledge & real customer results into engaging content
• Edit UGC/testimonials into high-trust, high-conversion videos
• Support TikTok Live & event live streaming (basic execution/content support)
• Source, identify & coordinate KOL/KOC creators for content collaboration
• Create co-brand content (e.g. Watsons collaborations)
• Respond to customer enquiries & marketplace's chats
• Add subtitles, captions & light motion graphics for social content

The Must-Haves

• Knows how to tell stories, not just cut clips
• Can shoot with phone + basic lighting setup
• Understands Malaysian culture, trends & viral content style
• Has a portfolio with real people / lifestyle / UGC content

Bonus points

• TikTok / live selling experience
• Basic motion graphics (Canva / After Effects)
• FMCG / beauty / wellness brand exposure
• KOL/KOC content experience
