Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Intern to support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

The intern will assist with data entry into accounting systems, preparation and reconciliation of financial records, updating Excel listings and trackers, monthly closing activities, expense tracking, basic reporting, and finance-related documentation. The role will also support general finance and administrative tasks as required.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to finance and accounting processes within a healthtech company, with opportunities to learn from experienced team members and gain practical working experience

Job Requirements:

• Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and preparing internal documents

• Assist in coordinating daily operations and follow-ups between teams or clients

• Support daily invoicing, staff claims, reimbursements and basic bookkeeping tasks

• Prepare and organize simple reports, quotations, or invoices as assigned

• Respond to basic client inquiries via phone or email

• Help coordinate meetings and company activities 

• Support and organize office documents, contracts, and records for easy retrieval

• Maintain and support company asset tracking, office facilities upkeep, and equipment maintenance records

• Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
