Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service flow, high guest satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards in a dynamic Food & Beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth floor operations and a high-standard dining experience
• Manage table seating flow to optimize guest service efficiency and satisfaction
• Lead, train, and support junior staff and part-timers to uphold customer service standards and operational efficiency
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally on the floor to maintain positive customer relationships
• Monitor shift stock levels, perform daily cashier reconciliation, operate POS systems, and order necessary supplies to support operations
• Enforce strict adherence to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene standards, workplace safety, and cleanliness across service areas
• Assist management in executing promotional activities, special menu drives, and achieving upselling targets

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on supervisory or team-leading experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills demonstrated through effective staff guidance and guest interactions
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic cashiering procedures to support operational tasks
• Flexibility to work shift rotations, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts in an active F&B environment
• Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage high-volume rush hours smoothly under pressure
