Key Responsibilities

· Provide application support and troubleshooting for critical business systems.

· Act as an SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert (SME).

· Analyze complex application/system issues and identify the root cause.

· Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimize business disruption and downtime.

· Monitor application/system health and proactively identify potential risks.

· Work closely with technical, functional, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

· Support application remediation and system improvement activities.

· Recommend preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of applications and support processes.

· Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members.

· Take ownership of issues and support effective decision-making within the team.

Mandatory Skills

· Strong / Expert-level SAP FICO experience – Mandatory.

· Strong Application Support experience.

· Strong IT Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in incident management and issue resolution.

· Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA).

· Experience supporting business-critical applications.
