Job Description: MEP QA/QC Engineer

Position Purpose

The MEP QA/QC Engineer is the guardian of project quality. Data centres cannot afford single points of failure. This role ensures that all equipment, materials, and installation methods strictly follow the design specifications, local codes, and global uptime certifications.

Key Responsibilities

· Inspections: Conduct daily site inspections and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when work does not meet structural or quality standards.

· Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain the Project Quality Plan, including Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and Work Inspection Requests (WIR).

· Audit Management: Manage pre-commissioning documentation and check sheets required for final handover to the client operations team.

· Material Validation: Verify that incoming MEP materials match approved samples and technical data sheets before delivery to the floor.

· Witness Testing: Attend and sign off on factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for critical equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
