Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documents, records, drawings, and correspondence.
• Ensure proper document registration, filing, distribution, revision control, and tracking.
• Prepare and maintain document registers, transmittals, and submission records.
• Coordinate document submissions and follow up on pending approvals, comments, and responses.
• Ensure the project team has access to the latest approved documents.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team.
• Assist with preparation of meeting minutes, reports, and project records.
• Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Support project handover and close-out documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Administration, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in document control or project administration, preferably in construction.
• Familiar with construction documents, drawings, and project workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with ACC or other document management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
