HR EXECUTIVE – 1 YEAR CONTRACT | HR GENERALIST

Location: Senoko
Nearest MRT: Woodlands / Admiralty
Contract: 1 Year
Role: HR Executive

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This is a hands-on HR Generalist role covering:

Learning & Development

• Coordinate internal and external training programmes

• Maintain training records and handle training grant administration

• Liaise with external training vendors

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Post vacancies across career portals such as LinkedIn and iCIMS

• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews

• Prepare offer documentation and support the hiring process

• Coordinate pre-employment medical checks and new hire documentation

• Conduct first-day and quarterly orientation programmes

• Support work pass applications and renewals where required

Employee Engagement

• Support employee engagement activities, recreation events and staff gatherings

• Coordinate quarterly staff meetings and related logistics

Payroll & HR Administration

• Prepare payroll inputs and verify payroll details with outsourced payroll vendors

• Handle employee claims, leave and time management administration

• Maintain HR records and physical personnel files

HRIS & Benefits

• Administer HRIS platforms covering leave, training, claims and time attendance

• Support benefits administration and employee records management

Offboarding

• Manage resignation and termination documentation

• Coordinate exit interviews and update HR systems

• Ensure smooth completion of exit processes

HR Operations

• Liaise with vendors supporting employee services

• Process HR-related invoices

• Support various HR projects and ad-hoc activities
